     【摘要】目的：探讨宫腔填塞在治疗剖宫产术中止血困难的临床效果。方法： 回顾性分析33例剖宫产术中宫腔内填塞纱条法治疗产后难治性子宫出血病例。结果：33例宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产术中止血困难，其中胎盘因素占48.48%(16/33)，子宫因素33.32%(11/33)，其它因18.18%(6/33)。结论： 剖宫产术中大出血的处理，一直被视为棘手的问题，宫腔填塞纱条仍是制止剖宫产术中大出血的良好的方法之一。
