某中学一起伤寒暴发流行病学调查与分析

【摘要】目的：调查某中学伤寒暴发的原因。方法：对该中学伤寒发病进行现场流行病学调查、分析。结果：自2013年5月25日起出现首例发热病例至7月3日，共搜索到病例为77 例，其中疑似病例10 例、临床病例48 例、 实验室确诊病例19 例，无死亡病例，发病病例临床表现基本上相同，均有发热。结论：该中学伤寒暴发是污染水源所致。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of an outbreak of typhoid in a middle school.
Method On-site epidemiological survey of the incidence of typhoid fever in middle school and analyzed. Results from first fever cases occurred since May 25， 2013 to July 3， a total of 77 cases discovered， of which 10 cases of suspected cases， clinical cases in 48 cases， 19 cases of laboratory-confirmed cases and no deaths， clinical performance incident cases are nearly identical， with fever. Concluded the typhoid outbreak was caused by polluted water in middle school.
