【摘要】目的：探讨引起宫颈裂伤的相关因素及防治措施。方法：对32例经阴道分娩时发生宫颈裂伤的产妇进行回顾性临床分析。结果：宫颈裂伤的相关因素为：医源性扩张，产妇过早屏气，宫颈水肿，宫缩过强，宫颈病理状态。结论 作好产妇心理护理，严密观察产程进展，合理处理产程，减少人为干预，是避免宫颈裂伤的有效措施。

Abstract：Aim： To discuss the cause of cervical laceration related factors and prevention measures. Methods： A retrospective clinical analysis of 32 cases of the maternal with cervical laceration during the Vaginal delivery. Results： The related factors for cervical laceration： Iatrogenic expansion， maternal premature， cervical edema， the contraction is too strong， and cervical pathological state.
