     【摘要】目的:测定不同产地甘草药材中甘草酸和甘草苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,检测波长为237 nm,流动相为0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈。结果:甘草苷和甘草酸的线性范围分别为0.050~ 0.375 μg和0.40~3.00 μg,平均回收率分别为100.15%和98.76%。结论:所建HPLC方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可为不同产地甘草药材的质量评价提供依据。

    Determination of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in

    Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma by HPLC

    【Abstract】Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water containing 0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was set at 237nm. Results: The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin was 0.40~3.00 μg, 0.050~ 0.375 μg and the average recovery was 98.76%, 100.15%, respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, accurate, and can provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma.
