生精胶囊在男性不育中的临床应用研究

【摘要】目的：探讨生精胶囊治疗男性不育症的疗效。方法：将不孕不育门诊的80名男性少弱精症不育患者分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)，治疗组给予生精胶囊4粒，3次/日，他莫昔芬10mg，2次/日，口服；对照组予他莫昔芬10mg 2次/日，疗程为3个月。结果：治疗组精子密度、活力改善明显优于对照组(p<0.01)，随诊半年，治疗组7例妊娠，对照组2例妊娠。结论：生精胶囊联合应用他莫昔芬治疗男性少弱精子症优于单一应用他莫昔芬，未出现药物副作用。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shengjing capsule in male infertility.
