【摘要】目的：对急诊低血糖昏迷患者原因和急救护理方法展开分析。方法：从本院选取2017年8月-2018年8月实施抢救护理的86例急诊低血糖昏迷患者，回顾性分析低血糖昏迷患者昏迷原因和急救护理方法。结果：比较糖尿病患者和非糖尿病患者，糖尿病患者容易陷入昏迷的情况高于非糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论：低血糖患者昏迷患者中人数最多的患有糖尿病，所以糖尿病患者更易陷入昏迷，急救护理需要将糖尿病患者作为重点护理对象。
