【摘要】目的：分析集束化护理在小儿ICU重症肺炎中的应用效果。方法：于2018年7月至2019年3月在ICU中接受治疗的46例小儿重症肺炎患者作为本次实验的研究对象，将其分为使用常规护理方式的对照组和使用集束化护理的干预组，每组23例，对比两组患者在护理后的症状消失时间。结果：经过本次实验发现，采取了集束化护理的干预组患儿，其心率异常消失时间、肺部症状消失时间、退热时间明显优于使用常规护理方式的对照组，(P<0.05)。结论：对患有小儿重症肺炎的患者采用集束化护理可以有效的提高护理针对性，促进患儿的康复。
