【摘要】

    目的：探讨采取经外侧入路人工髋关节置换术(AHR)用于治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的效果。方法：选取70例患者并随机分成实验组(n=35)与对照组(n=35)，对照组采取常规经后外侧入路方式行AHR，实验组采取外侧入路方式行AHR，对比两组手术及预后。结果：实验组手术指标均优于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高龄股骨颈骨折外侧入路AHR效果满意且安全性高值得推广。
