摘要目的：探究肾癌患者围术期睡眠状况并行相关因素分析。方法：选取2015年1月至2017年5月在涿州市医院接受手术治疗的患者136例为研究对象，采用自制调查问卷记录患者的临床情况，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估患者睡眠情况，分析影响患者睡眠情况的因素。结果：失眠组患者患病时间、肿瘤分级、肿瘤大小均高于正常组(P<005)，失眠组PSQI总分为(825±243)分，正常组PSQI分为(496±148)，失眠组高于正常组(P<005)；化疗、放疗、肿瘤直径、病理分级与睡眠状况存在正相关。结论：肾癌患者围手术期睡眠质量下降，放疗、化疗、肿瘤直径和病理分级是影响睡眠状况的因素。
