【摘 要】 目的：比较三种不同麻醉剂联合无抽搐电休克治疗用于难治性抑郁症患者的疗效。方法：选择本院10例难治性抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用三种不同的麻醉剂联合无抽搐电休克治疗，对照组常规药物治疗，对比疗效差异。结果：治疗后，研究组认知功能改善情况、抑郁评分情况、社会功能改善情况均显著优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：三种麻醉剂联合无抽搐电休克治疗难治性抑郁症对患者的认知情况改善，抑郁评分情况改善更加有效。
