【摘 要】目的：观察超声与腹部 CT 在肝癌中的诊断价值。方法：选取本院 60 例肝癌患者，所有患者均采用超声与腹部 CT 进行检查，分析两 种检查方式的诊断价值。结果：腹部 CT 在肝癌中的检出率远高于超声检查，两组差异显著(P < 0.05)。结论：腹部 CT 在肝癌患者的临床诊断 中具有良好的临床效果，能够有效提高患者诊断的准确率，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the diagnostic value of ultrasonograPhy and abdominal CT in hePatocellular carcinoma.Methods：Sixty Patients with liver cancer in our hosPital were examined by ultrasonograPhy and abdominal CT， and the diagnostic value of the two methods was analyzed.Results：The detection rate of abdominal CT in liver cancer was significantly higher than that in ultrasonograPhy (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Abdominal CT has a good clinical effect in the diagnosis of liver cancer and can effectively imProve the accuracy of diagnosis.
