miR-146a对甲状腺相关眼病眼眶成纤维细胞IL-6和IL-8 的调节作用(2)

     IL-8是促炎趋化因子,具有诱导中性粒细胞沿着血管壁的聚集的作用[11]。在甲状腺相关眼病中,各种类型的成纤维细胞以及这些细胞中IL-8的大量产生参与疾病炎症进展[12]。在眼眶炎症中,眼眶成纤维细胞在一些细胞因子的刺激下,如IL-1β、TNF-α、脂多糖和IFN-γ,产生剂量依赖的IL-8和MCP-1[13]。在我们的研究中,过表达miR-146a可抑制眼眶成纤维细胞中IL-8的表达,同时抑制miR-146a可促进眼眶成纤维细胞中IL-8的表达。

    过表达miR-146a可抑制眼眶成纤维细胞中IL-6和IL-8的表达,抑制miR-146a可促进眼眶成纤维细胞中IL-6和IL-8的表达。提示miR-146a可能与甲状腺相关眼病疾病的发生发展有关。
