    【摘要】目的探讨早期综合性康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年12月至2011年5月我科收治的80例脑卒中患者临床资料。随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)进行临床对照研究，两组患者均给予神经内科常规治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上予以综合性的康复治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月肢体运动功能及日常生活自理能力的变化。结果两组患者在生活能力和运动功能方面均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论早期综合性康复治疗可有效改善脑卒中患者的运动功能和日常生活能。
