Abstract
Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor in China and has a high mortality rate. Early diagnosis is important for prognosis in gastric cancer. Developments in the fields of immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell engineering and euphenics have resulted in the determination of many tumor markers with clinical value. In this report, we review the molecular constitution, disposition, and bionomics of pepsinogen (PG) and MG-7 and their relationships with gastric cancer to evaluate the respective clinical values for early diagnosis.

摘要
胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一, 其病死率居各种恶性肿瘤之首, 早期诊断对胃癌的预后具有重要意义. 近年来随着免疫学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞工程学和遗传工程学及其相应新技术的发展, 发现了许多具有一定临床价值的肿瘤标志物. 本文综述胃蛋白酶原(PG), 胃癌相关抗原(MG-7 Ag)的分子结构、分布、生物学特性及其与胃癌的关系, 并评价其对早期胃癌诊断的临床价值.
