Operative Report
Operation date: Mar-24-2000.
Pre-op diagnosis: Fracture of the proximal phalangeal bone of left thumb.
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: Open reduction and internal fixation.
Surgeons: 方向前R、裘利江R 、祝应平R.
Anesthesia done: Nerve blocking of left brachial plexus.
Anesthesiologists: 裘燕、吴百中.
Procedure:
1. 患者麻醉实施成功后取平卧位，常规消毒、铺巾。左上肢充气止血带充至0.04mpa。
2. 沿左拇背近节指原创口作切口5cm，逐层切开，直达近节指骨。适当剥离骨膜，见近节指骨中部粉碎性骨折，近段又呈纵斜裂。
3. 予以复位，选择合适微型指骨钢板("L"形)，配上四枚螺钉，予以固定。直视下基本稳定。
4. 松止血带后止血、冲洗，缝合后石膏托固定于保护位。
5. 经PACU复苏，安返病房。
