    Orion钢板在颈椎前路手术中的疗效观察

    摘要 目的:评估Orion锁定型前路钛钢板系统在颈椎前路手术中的疗效和应用价值。方法:对27例颈椎疾病患者进行术前神经功能分级(Frankel分级),采用颈椎前路椎体减压植骨或骨水泥填充,同时进行前路 Orion锁定型钛钢板内固定。23例患者术后随访4-12个月,进行术后神经功能分级(Frankel分级),并进行X线检查。结果:术前Frankel分级B-D级者均有1-2级的改善,植骨块在术后6个月内均获融合,未发现钢板、螺钉断裂、松动、拔出、植骨块或骨水泥移位现象。结论:Orion锁定型前路钛钢板系统固定效果好、植骨融合率高,简化手术操作过程,减少手术风险,便于术后早期功能锻炼及术后护理。

    Effectiveness and Application Value of Orion Anterior Cervical Locking Plate System in Cervical Surgery

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and application value of Orion anterior cervical locking plate system (ACLPS) in cervical surgery. Methods: 27 patients were operated with anterior decompression, bone grafting (or cementation) and ACLPS fixzation. The patients were evaluated by the Frankel's classification preoperatively. Postoperatively, 23 patients were followed up for 4-12 months and reevaluated , including neural function and X-ray. Results: The patients of Frankel's B-D were improved by 1-2 score after operation. Solid fusion of the bone graft were observed within 6 months in 21 patients. There was no plate, screw breaking or loosening; no graft subsidence or dislodgement. Conclusion: ACLPS can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments, higher bony fusion rate, simplification and safety of the operation. It is benefit to the early functional exercise and postoperative nursing care.

    自1998年4月-2000年11月, 我科应用Orion锁定型前路钛钢板系统治疗颈椎疾病27例,经术后随访疗效满意,现报告如下。

    1 临床资料

    1.1 一般资料:本组27例,男22例,女5例。平均年龄46岁(29-72岁)。颈椎原发肿瘤1例,颈椎转移性肿瘤例3例,颈椎骨折、脱位14例,脊髓型颈椎病9例。术前神经功能分级(Frankel分级):Frankel A级5例,B级9例,C级8例,D5例,E级0例。内固定材料采用SOFAMOR DANEK公司的Orion锁定型前路钛钢板系统 ......
