    综上所述 , IPF仍是病因不明、进行性进展 ,高度致死性

    疾病 ,诊断主要依靠病理组学。目前虽然对 IPF的定义和诊

    断已有了国际共识 ,但由于OLB 等方式获取病理组织标本创

    伤大 ,不易被患者接受 , IPF的诊断仍然困难重重 ,而其他的

    诊断手段仍需进一步深入研究证明其准确性。
