积极综合训练对妇科肿瘤患者的心理干预效果(3)
综上所述,积极综合训练结合了积极情绪想象、深呼吸训练和以HRV为指标的生物反馈训练,对患者自主神经调节功能和情绪调节能力有较好的训练作用,成功地应用于妇科肿瘤患者,改善了她们的身心状况和生活质量,有较高的临床实用价值。
