    [ 摘 要] 目的.为了提高埋线击重睑术疗效的稳定性、减轻术后肿胀。 方法：重睑线戈邵单重连续埋线，两端环扎打

    蟾 固定 结果：本组共4 8州 ( 9 6只眼) .术后2 4 h轻度肿胀 ，术后7 2 h肿胀基本消退，外观 自然。 3只眼在术后 1 周～2周

    重睑线一夜问消失.乃因固定巍结社脱所致。 结论：本术式保留了鸪尾氏双重连续埋线法疗效恒定的优点，又避免了固其

    组织创伤大、对静脉和淋巴回流影响多所致肿胀明显、消退期长的缺点。只要缝线两端固定确切，重硷形成恒定
