中国新药杂志980206 摘要 目的：介绍新一代H1受体拮抗剂西替利嗪。方法：通过复习近10年的文献，对西替利嗪的药理、药效、药动和临床应用进行综述。结果：西替利嗪可选择性拮抗外周H1受体，有抗组胺、抗过敏等活性。结论：西替利嗪作用强而持久，且无中枢镇静作用，值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To introduce cetirizine. METHODS:The pharmacology, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and clinical uses of the drug in the last ten years were reviewed. RESULTS:Cetirizine could selectively react with peripheral H1-receptors with anti-histamine and anti-allergic actions.
