中国新药杂志980205 摘要 目的：介绍新的第二代非镇静抗组胺药依巴斯汀。方法:采用口服依巴斯汀10mg,qd治疗慢性荨麻疹。结果:口服依巴斯汀10mg，qd,3个月治疗慢性荨麻疹有效率为73%。病人耐受良好,不良反应发生率与安慰剂相同,有头痛和口干。结论:依巴斯汀是治疗慢性荨麻疹的一线治疗药。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To introduce a non-sedative antihistamine, ebastine. METHODS: Observation of the efficacy of ebastine in treatment of chronic urticaria using an oral dose of 10 mg, qd. RESULTS: An effective rate of 73% is obtained after treatment with a regimen of 10mg, qd for 3 months in treatment of chronic urticaria. CONCLUSION: Ebstine in an oral dose of 10mg, qd, seems to be a first line drug for treatment of chronic urticaria. ......
