【ABSTRACT】 Objective To study the effect of early transfer of the vascularized pedicle flaps for repairing the serious soft tissue defects of hand and foot. Methods 27 patients suffering from hand or foot serious tissue defects were repaired by using vascularied pedicle flaps transplantation. Results All the flaps survived. The function and shape of the flaps were very satisfactory. Conclusion The effect of early transfer of vascularized pedicle flaps for repairing the serious soft tissue defects of hand and foot was satisfactory and could be applied clinically. ......
