中国现代应用药学990209摘要 目的：通过对牡丹根药效学和毒性的研究，为牡丹根的综合利用提供药理学依据。方法：采用比浊法、玻片法，观察牡丹根的凝血作用；耳肿法、足跖肿胀法和士的宁惊厥法，分别判断其抗炎及抗惊厥作用；同时对其降压作用和毒性进行测定。结果：大剂量15g/kg牡丹根在促进血小板聚集、抗炎、降压及抗惊厥方面均有显著的作用，与丹皮比较，无显著性差异。结论：牡丹根与丹皮药理作用相似，毒性低，因此具有进一步研究开发的价值。
Studies on the pharmacological effect of the Root of Peony

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To observe the pharmacological effects of the root of mautan,provide the basic knowledge of pharmacology for camprehensive use.METHOD:We observed the effect of Root Peony on blood coagulation by means of turbid-method,glassplate method and the anti-inflammatory effect by applying auricula swelling method and foot-plate swelling method.We also determined the effect on convulsions caused by strychnine.Meanwhile the effect on reducing blood-pressure and the toxicity have been researched.RESULTS:Root of Peony could promote blood platelets coagulation,inhibit convulsions,reduce blood pressure and check inflammation prominently and had no remarkable difference with the cortex of moutan.CONCLUSION:The pharmacological effects of the root is similar to the cortex of Peony.But the toxicity of root is lower than that of cortex of Peony.Root of Peony is worth to be further researched and developed. ......
