中国现代应用药学990221摘要 目的：建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸噻氯匹定片的含量。方法：以0.1mol/L盐酸溶液为溶剂，测定波长为233nm,盐酸噻氯匹定为对照品。结果：盐酸噻氯匹定的检测线性范围为5～30μg/ml,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为100.20%。结论：本法准确、快速、简便，可作为盐酸噻氯匹定片的含量测定方法。
