中国现代应用药学000404 摘要 目的：验证HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂辛 伐他汀的降血脂作用。方法：用含3%胆固醇饲料饲喂家兔，造成高脂血 症模型。考察灌胃给药对血脂的影响。结果：口服辛伐他汀可剂量依赖 性地抑制血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的升高，对TC作用显著，TG有轻微降低，对高密 度脂蛋白(HDL-C)有升高趋势，肝脏TC亦显著降低。降血脂作用与等剂量阳性对照药舒降之 比较差异不显著。结论：国产辛伐他汀对血脂升高具有预防作用。
Effect of simvastatin on hypercholesterolemia in cholesterol-fed rabbi ts

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To verify the preventive effects of simvastatin,an inhibitors of HMG-CoA reductase,on hyp ercholesterolemia in cholesterol-fed rabbits.METHOD:A 3% cholestero l diet was selected for the induction of hypercholesterolemia in rabbits.Each dr ug was adminstered orally.The lipid concentrations were determined by enzymatic method and chemical assay kit after 0,4 and 8 weeks of the treatment.RESUL TS:Simvastatin was found to inhibit serum cholesterol(TC) and triacylglyce rol(TG) levels from increasing dose-dependently.It reduced the total cholestero l levels in serum and liver markedly,slightly reduced the triacylglycerol levels and slightly elevated the HDL cholesterol.The suppressing effects of 5mg/kg sim vastatin on total cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels were found to be almost equal to that of 5mg/kg ZOCOR(simvastatin,MSD).CONCLUSION:Simvastat in(made in China) has cholesterol-lowering effects. ......
