增龄及运动负荷对C57黑鼠关节软骨影响的组织病理学观察

    中国骨伤000902摘 要:目的观察年龄增长和运动负荷对骨关节的影响。方法将C57黑鼠42只随机分成自然增龄组和运动负荷组,自然增龄组小鼠分别于出生后6周、12周、20周、28周处死;负荷组小鼠分别于6周、14周、22周进行行走训练,于12周、20周、28周处死,观察两组动物关节软骨组织病理学的变化。结果负荷组的自发性骨关节炎的发生率及软骨退变严重度,均高于自然增龄组。结论C57黑鼠关节软骨随增龄自发OA样退变,运动负荷可加速软骨退变进程。 Effect of aging and sports-loading on articular cartilage of C57 black mice-an histopathological study

    Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of aging and sports-loading on the articular cartilage of C57 black mice. Methods 42 C57 black mice were divided randomly into aging group and sports-loading group. The mice of aging group were sacrified at 6th, 12th, 20th and 28th weeks. The mice of sports-loading were trained walking at 6th, 14th, 22th weeks and were sacrified at 12th, 20th and 28th weeks. The histopathological changes of knee articular cartilage in these two groups were eompared under light microscope. Results The occurrence of osteoarthritis and the severity of cartilage degeneration in sports-loading group were higher than those in aging group. Conclusion Spontaneous osteoarthritis developed spontaneouly in articular cartilage of C57 black mice by aging, and the process of cartilage degeneration was accelerated by sports-loading.
