关于申请新加坡大学的详细过程

我在申请方面毫无经验可言!能否告诉我申请南洋或国立的较详细的过程？还有我的TOFEL成绩已经过期，明年5月再考一次是否来得及？这两个学校有没有申请截止日期，我现在开始准备，能否赶得上明年秋季开学？

Application Procedure: 1. Email them to ask the application package 2. Fill the forms and prepare all the materials they required, such as TOEFL score and recommendation letters. 3. Mail out. 4. They may give u offer directly or let u know the date of interview--in Shanghai or Beijing.
About TOEFL: they accept both TOEFL and IELTS. Maybe u can try IELTS, there r a lot of IELTS yr around.
Again: they dunt have terms and deadlines for PhD admission. U can apply anytime. But I think they do have a roughly schedule to recruit postgraduate. Most of postgraduate students r admitted in July~Oct. But this is not a rule...
