脱氧氟尿苷冻干粉针剂的抗肿瘤作用研究

    [摘 要] 目的:研究脱氧氟尿苷(DFUR)冻干粉针剂(DFURLP)对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤活性。方法:以荷瘤小鼠的瘤重和生命延长率为指标,观察药物(300,150,75 mg.kg -1)的抗肿瘤活性。结果:DFURLP(300,150 mg.kg -1 iv)对小鼠移植性肉瘤180(S180)、肝瘤实体型(Heps)及子宫肉瘤(U14)的肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01=, DFURLP(300 mg.kg –1,iv)与DFUR(600 mg.kg –1,ig)作用相近,DFURLP(300,150 mg.kg –1, ip)能显著延长S180、Heps、EAC腹水型小鼠移植瘤的存活天数,而DFUR(300 mg.kg –1,ig)对以上三种腹水瘤无明显延长生命作用。结论:实验研究结果表明,DFURLP iv及ip对动物实验性肿瘤具有显著的抑制作用。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the effects of donxifluridine(DFUR) lyophilizied powder for injection(DFURLP) on the experimental tumors:S180、Heps and U14 in mice . Methods: The activity of DFUR(300,150,75mg.kg-1) was observed to measure the survival time of mice with the three ascitic type and the weight of the tumor. Result: The growth of S180、Heps and U14 in mice was significantly(p<0.01) inhibited by DFURLP. The effects of DFURLP (300mg/kg) following iv administration was similar to those of DFUR (600mg/kg) following ig administration. DFURLP(300,150mg/kg) following ip administration could significantly prolong the survival time of mice with S180,Heps of ascitic type and EAC,but DFUR (300mg/kg) following ig administration could not significantly prolong the survival time of mice with the three ascitic type. CONCLUSION: The experimental tumors(S180, Heps, and U14) in mice were significantly inhibited by DFURLP following iv or ip administration.
