严重或罕见的药物不良反应报告8例

[摘要]目的：介绍本院发生的严重或罕见的药物不良反应(ADR)报告，提请临床注意。方法：收集、分析8例ADR病例。结果和结论：通过ADR监测工作，可有效预防不良反应危害，保证临床用药安全有效。

[Abstract] Objective: To introduce severe or infrequent adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital. Method: 8 cases of ADR were collected and analyzed. Results and Conclusion: It would be helpful to prevent harm of ADRs and assure the use of medicine in effective, safe way through the ADR monitoring.
