阿尔马尔对35例偏头疼的预防作用

[摘要] 目的： 观察阿尔马尔对偏头痛的预防作用。方法：采用开放、自身对照试验。35例偏头痛患者服用阿尔马尔10mg，qd，症状改善不明显时，从第2或第3周开始，改为10mg， bid， 疗程4周。于治疗前和治疗后记录偏头痛发作次数、评价头痛程度。结果：患者服药4周后，偏头痛发作次数从5.2±3.0降至3.0±3.4(t=5.6，P<0.001)，头痛程度自评分从8.1±0.7降至4.9±2.8(t=6.7，p<0.001〉。总有效率68.5%。结论：阿尔马尔可以降低偏头痛发作次数和头疼程度。

Prophylaxis of Almarl for 35 cases of migraine

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the prophylaxis of almarl for migraine. Methods: 35 cases of migraine were treated in an open, self-controlled study with daily dose of Almarl 10 mg, qd. If no obvious improvement of migraine, 10 mg ,bid of almarl was given from second or third week. The attack and severity degree of migraine were recorded and evaluated pre-and post-treatment. Results: After the treatment of almarl for 4 weeks, the attack of migraine was reduced from 5.2±3.0 to 3.0±3.4(t = 5.6, p<0.001). The severity degree was reduced from 8.1±0.7 to 4.9±2.8 (t = 6.7, p<0.001). The total effective rate of almarl on migraine was 68.5%. Conclusion: Almarl can reduce both of the attack and severity of migraine.
