Hplc 法测定祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量

[摘要]目的：建立祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC测定祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量，采用C18柱，乙腈-水-磷酸(2： 60：0.5)为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果：平均加样回收率为99.1%，RSD为0.49%。结论：本法操作简便，易行，具有实用性。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish the determination of danchensu in Quban granula.Methods: HPLC method was developed for the determination of danchensu on C18 column in acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (2: 60:0.5) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 280nm.Results:The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.46%.Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate and reproducible.
