冠心病,调脂治疗,辛伐他汀
【摘要】 目的 探讨调脂治疗对血脂正常冠心病患者预后的影响。方法 将我院1998年136例住院治疗确诊的血脂正常的冠心病患者，随机分为常规治疗对照组(n=67)及辛伐他汀干预调脂治疗组(n=69)进行治疗并对比研究。结果 两组病人均随访2.5年以上，发现治疗组仍能达到满意的调脂效果，同时治疗组比对照组冠心病事件，再住院人次，再住院日，均有明显下降，经统计学分析差异有显著性。治疗组随访过程中未发现严重的毒副作用。结论 对血脂正常冠心病患者行干预调脂治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
