乳腺癌,转移,预后,肝素酶和β-CaTEnIn在乳腺癌的表达及其临床意义

     【摘要】 目的 研究肝素酶和β-catenin在乳腺癌的表达，探讨其与乳腺癌亚临床转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测96例浸润性乳腺癌中肝素酶和β-catenin的表达情况。结果 肝素酶和β-catenin在乳腺癌的阳性表达率分别是66.7%、61.5%，与患者年龄无关(P>0.05)，与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、复发或生存情况、临床分期密切相关(P>0.05)。结论 肝素酶和β-catenin在乳腺癌的表达与亚临床转移相关，联合检测肝素酶和β-catenin可以作为有意义的预后指标指导临床治疗。
