【摘要】 目的 分析踝关节骨折的手术治疗效果，探讨治疗时机及方法。方法 采用AO内固定技术，结合术后早期功能锻炼，治疗踝关节骨折脱位49例。结果 术后随访平均27个月。在49例患踝中，术后关节活动功能达到优良43例，可3例，差3例。结论 优良的复位加坚固的内固定与术后早期功能锻炼，可减少踝关节骨折并发症，并能及早恢复踝关节的功能。
