医学院校,学历教育,继续教育,医学院校在继续教育中的职能与地位研讨ˇ
【摘要】 面对各医疗机构对医学相关人才的继续教育需求，各医学院校至目前并没有在该领域有所作为，究其原因，一是教育及卫生行政主管部门对继续教育重视不够;二是各学校办学形式单一，不利于继续教育的开展;三是医疗机构与教育机构缺乏联系沟通;四是继续教育经费不易解决。该文探讨了医学院校在继续教育中的职能与地位，针对我国学历教育与继续教育的现状，提出了相关的政策建议。
