摘要：随着立体定向技术及电刺激装置的迅速发展，脑深部电刺激治疗帕金森病作为一种非破坏性的功能性治疗方法，在国外逐渐发展成熟，并被认为是目前最理想的治疗方法之一。本文就脑深部电刺激治疗帕金森病的现状作一简要综述。

    Treatment for Parkinson's disease with deep brain electrostimulation

    Abstract：Along with the rapid devlopments of stereotactic operation and electrostimulation devices,the treatment for Parkinson's disease with deep brain electrostimulation,as a sort of non_destructive functional cure,is becoming gradually mature abroad,and is regarded as the idealest therapy at present ,The status of treatment for Parkinson's disease with deep brain electrostimulation was reviewed concisely here.

    1电刺激术治疗帕金森病(PD)简史

    深部脑刺激(DeepBrainStimulation,DBS)的临床应用已有近30年的历史，最先只是应用于顽固性疼痛的治疗。在50年代脑立体定向神经外科开展的初期，神经外科医师就在术中采用电刺激技术对脑深部结构进行电生理学定位，以避免毁损时伤及脑重要结构，同时也获得了电刺激对病人影响的临床资料，他们发现对伴有震颤的运动障碍性疾病，低频刺激可诱发或加重震颤 ......
