射频导管消融术对心脏和心脏自主神经的急性期损伤(摘要)

    目的 目的:对60例阵发性室上性心动过速患者在射频导管消融术前后进行了超氧化物歧化酶测定和心率变异分析。

    方法:为了解射频导管消融术对心脏和心脏自主神经的急性期损伤。

    结果:射频导管消融术后超氧化物歧化酶较术前明显增高(P<0.01);术后心率变异性的各项频域和时域指标均有不同程度降低,以HF、LF、PNN50、rMSSD下降为主(P分别<0.01、<0.01、<0.05和<0.05),但与超氧化物歧化酶变化无相关关系。

    结论:提示射频导管消融术后心率变异性的降低是由于射频电流损伤心脏迷走神经所致,与手术引起的心脏本身应激性损伤无关。

    Acute Phase Injury of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation on Heart and Cardiac Autonomous System (Abstract)

    Objective: To observe the acute phase injury on heart and cardiac autonomous system caused by radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA).

    Methods: Heart rate variability (HRV) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 60 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia before and after RFCA.

    Results: The blood level of SOD was significantly increased after ablation (p<0.01); The time and frequency domain HRV parameters all decreased after ablation, and the decrease of HF, LF, PNN50 and rMSSD were significant (p<0.01 or 0.05, respectively). There was no relationship with SOD.

    Conclusion: The results indicates that the decrease of HRV was caused by the ablative injury on cardiac autonomous system, and it does not relate to the injury on heart itself., 百拇医药
