Abstract
AIM To observe the effects of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on peripheral blood TNF and IL-2R concentrations and the ratio of lymphocyte subpopulations, and study their dynamic relationship with liver tissue lesions of chronic hepatitis B.
METHODS A total of 58 patients received 80mg pHGF i.v. once a day for 3 months. Before and after treatment, patients received two liver biopsy examinations, at the same time, the peripheral TNF and IL-2R concentrations and the ratio of lymphocyte subpopulations were detected by ELISA and APAAP methods, respectively. ......
