Abstract
AIM To study the role of genetic factor in the pathogenesis of pediatric peptic ulcer.
METHODS Peptic ulcer were diagnosed by gastroscopy in 52 patients and blood grouping was matched for every patient. The first-degree relatives of 1119 students in 3 primary schools and 52 patients were investigated by questionnaires. Genetic degree was calculated by Falconor formula. ......
