Abstract
AIM To induce efficient and special anti-tumor immunological response in vivo with dendritic cells (DCs).
METHODS Isolated and Proliferated DCs from hepatocarcinoma patients peripheral blood; stimulated the DCs with tumor-associated antigen (TAA)from humanhepato-carcinoma cell line HepG2; activated the DCs with combination of granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and interleukin 4 (IL-4); with DCs to induce T lymphocyte to proliferate and differentiate to cytotoxical T lymphocyte (CTL); killed HepG2 with CTL and its supernate. ......
