Abstract
AIM To investigate the long-term effect of concentrated Helicobacter pylori culture supernatant (CHCS) on gastric mucosa of rats.
METHODS After 2.5g/L,5g/L CHCS in drinking water were administered orally for 52 weeks, the changes of mucosal thickness, parietal cell number, PAS positive staining layer, mucosal adherent mucus amount, DNA synthesis rate and precancerous lesions incidence in different periods were examined. ......
