Induction of arsenic trioxide on apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cell lines

Abstract
AIM To investigate the function of arsenic trioxide(As2O3)to induce apoptosis of human and mice hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines.
METHODS Mice 7919 and human HePG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines were treated with As2O3 at different mass concentrations (0.25,0.5,1,2,3,4mg/L) in vitro, then apoptosis was observed by MTT assay, AO/EB fluorescence microscopy, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and immunohistochemical staining. ......
