    NO,SOD and NOS in injuried liver of fetus rat with intrauterine asphyxia

    Abstract

    AIM:To study the NO,SOD and NOS in hepatic tissue of fetus Wi star rats of 21 gestation age, with intrauterine asphyxia.

    METHODS:The pregnant 21d Wistar rats were anesthetized intraperi toneally. After two-horn uterus and vessels supplying uterus and ovary were exp osed, arterial clamp occluded one side of vessels. Another side was regarded as control group. The planned occluding time was 10 and 30 min. The planned reperfu sion time was 30 min, 2, 6 and 24h. After prescribed I/R time, uterus was opened rapidly and pups were removed. The pups were killed by decapitation. Livers wer e taken out and prepared for measure. SOD, MDA and NO in hepatic tissues were de tected with biochemistry methods. The eNOS and iNOS were measured by immunohisto chemistry method in different time point of I/R. Hepatic tissue samples were stu died histologically by HE staining and then electron microscopy in order to obse rve the areas and degree of injury and microstructure. ......
