    AIM:To observe the expression of smad2/3 in experimental rat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

    METHODS:Expression of smad2/3 in liver tissues from 3'-Me-DAB treated rat liver cancer model was detected with immunohistochemical staining to investigate the significance of smad2/3 in carcinogenesis of HCC. ......
