    Abstract

    AIM:To study the inhibitory function of Coprinus comatus and (CCP) on the proliferation of hepatoma cell SMMC-7721 in vitro and the growth of S₁₈₀ ascites tumor and transplanted sacroma in vivo.

    METHODS:The effect of CCP on the growth of human hepatoma cell in vitro was detected by thiazolyl blue (MTT) assay. Cell division index of S180 ascites tumor was measured by counting cells number under light microscopy. T lymphocytes were distinguished by the histochemical methed of ANAE. The effects of different concentrations of CCP on S₁₈₀ ascites tumor and transplantational sacroma in mice were observed in this study. ......
