Abstract
AIM:To investigate the prevalence of cFLIPshort/long expression in colon carcinomas and its relationship between p53 mutation and its possible implications for the progression of colon cancers.
METHODS:cFLIPshort/long expression was analysed in 45 cases of adenocarcinomas and their matched normal tissues and 42 adenomas of colon and mutant p53 expression was also detected in the same group of the adenocarcinomas by immunohistochemical staining. The Nemenyi and t test statistical methods were used in the data analyses. ......
