    AbstractAIM:Retinoids are very potent anti-tumor drugs affecting cellular proliferation and inducing cell differentiation or apoptosis. This study was designed to investigate the anti-proliferative and anti-invasive effects of a new-developed retinoids, Ro 40-8757, on cell structure, cell cycle and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) expression of human colorectal cancer cell line CCL-187 in vitro in order to reveal its probable mechanisms. ......
