骨髓源性肝干细胞的研究进展

    摘要近年来干细胞研究取得了很大进展,但是人类胚胎在研究中的应用一直备受争议,因此有关成人体内某些干细胞的受重视程度日益增加.骨髓中的某些干细胞可以演变成为与其组织发育或再生来源无关的细胞类型.卵圆细胞是一种存在于肝脏实质的专能干细胞,研究首先发现了人及动物肝内存在骨髓来源的卵圆细胞,之后体外骨髓干细胞向肝干细胞的成功诱导,使这种现象的存在得到了进一步证实.骨髓干细胞分化为肝干细胞的发现提示他可能参与了体内肝组织细胞的再生及损伤的修复与替代,并为难治性肝病的治疗提供了新的思路.但是,就目前研究状况而言,许多方面尚存在疑问,骨髓源性肝干细胞的临床应用价值如何还有待于进一步研究.
