paxillin在胃腺癌中的表达及临床意义

    摘要

    目的
:研究焦点黏附相关调节蛋白paxillin在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌细胞分化、浸润及转移的关系.

, http://www.100md.com     方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测80例胃癌和40例淋巴结转移灶中paxillin的表达情况.

    结果:paxillin在胃中、低分化腺癌组织中的表达显著高于高分化腺癌,进展期胃癌组织中显著高于早期胃癌,胃癌原发灶中显著高于淋巴结转移灶.

    结论:paxillin可能在胃癌细胞的分化、浸润和转移中起着重要作用.
