    内容摘要 本文报告应用MEBO治愈19例骨外伤病人。均系外伤、车祸所致的感染溃疡，皮肤缺损，骨外露创面。笔者采用湿润暴露疗法和包扎疗法，均缩短了疗程、使感染创面得到了控制和清除。创面肉芽组织生长和愈合速度快，减轻了病人的痛苦，取得了令人满意的效果。事实充分说明MEBO具有改善血液循环，促进上皮组织生长，抗感染能力强，加速创面修复，减少疤痕形成，且愈后功能良好等特点。值得骨科外伤的广泛应用和推广。

    The Experience with MEBO in Treating Bone Injury Zhang Chuanxiong, et al. Dept. of Surgery, People's Hospital, Liangcheng County

    Abstract 19 cases of bone injury, including trauma, infected ulcer resulted from traffic accident, skin defect and bone exposure were treated with MEBO, using exposed or bandaging methods. Both methods had good efficacy. The treating course was short and the infection was controlled. Granulation tissue grew well and the wounds healed quickly. There was no pain for the patients. The results were very satisfactory. The results proved that MEBO had microcirculation improving, epithelialization promoting, anti-infective, wound healing promoting and scar formation reducing effects. The recovery of the function was very good. MEBO is worthy to be widely spread for use in bone surgery. ......
